How does VAT-reimbursement work?
At Every Store in Belgium
Step 1.
Choose your goods at every store.
Step 2.
Pay VAT included at the store.
Pay VAT included at any store in Belgium and ask for a regular invoice on your account name.
Step 3.
Upload or send us your scanned invoice.
It is important that you upload a scanned copy of your regular invoice on your online client portal
or e-mail to: info@diplomaticcard.be
Step 4.
Receive your VAT from DCC.
DCC will create for you a VAT-refund request and will handle your VAT reimbursement from the store.
